It’s time to make travel plans for 2016! And there are so many nice places to visit! Iceland, of course, is always on top of my list, since I can’t get enough of this country. 🙂 To make it more easy I have some little helpers for the trip-planning! A world map via Sick of Winter (by the way, I’m NOT sick of winter, I’m still waiting for it…) which comes with cute little pins and stickers, my 2016 planner via tyyp and my Nikita To-Go mug, when it’s time to hit the road! 🙂 Hopefully sooooon!

HELLO 2016
So, it’s 2016. 🙂 I’m not a person of new years resolutions or setting goals. The only thing I can say is that I need to travel a lot, since there is a huuuuge wanderlust inside myself. Always has been. There’s so much to discover on our planet and I wanna see it all! While I was scrolling down my Instagram feed this morning, I stumbled over this quote from the movie “Cloud Atlas” and thought, that’s perfect. Paired with my favorite photo, I took on my last trip to Iceland a couple of weeks ago, it’ll be my inspiration / goal / whatever-you-wanna-call-it for 2016! “Travel far enough, you meet yourself.” Hell yeah! Hope you guys still follow my adventures in 2016 – thanks for all the love!
WILD CAMPING IN CROATIA & MONTENEGRO
Before we went on our road-trip to Croatia and Montenegro, we googled “wild camping” in those countries. We love to wild camp – no annoying tourists, no tiny spaces, no disgusting showers. We prefer to be on our own, bathing in a river or under our solar shower (or not at all, after spotting a snake in the river). We love to hear the sounds of nature and not the camping ground neighbours.

For the next couple of weeks, you won’t read anything new over here, since we are going on another road trip for four weeks. Yeah – lucky us! WHAT TO PACK FOR MONTENEGRO // ROAD-TRIP
I can’t wait to finally hit the road again! Last summer we went to Spain and this summer we are going more east – to Montenegro! First stop will be Croatia, then Bosnia and after that Montenegro! We will start next week, so it’s time to pack! There will be swimming in the ocean & relaxing at the beach, but also hiking, climbing & discovering the wild mountains!
