Red Beet Chips

For those who know my other blog “Sophia Eats“: I deleted it and will sneak my favorite
posts from there into this blog, from time to time. I hardly posted something at Sophia Eats 
and it was time to close it. I hope you guys will enjoy some food related posts here as well!

So I have to say, I failed a little bit here. My red beet slices were to thick and I should’t have

put olive oil on them. They were still very yummy & easy to make, but just make the silces
very thin and put only salt and pepper on them. Then you should be fine! 🙂
