We live in a small town, where you can reach everything by bike. Supermarkets, the old town, small lakes, the river or the next small town. I try to do most of it by bike. I’m definitely not perfect – when it’s raining a lot or the opposite, when it’s way to hot (for longer distances) I maybe take the car. We have a bike trailer, which I absolutely love! We bought one for two children, but for now I use the empty second child seat for all kinds of stuff. 😉 It’s amazing what you can transport with it! Anyway… but sometimes, it would be just a quick ride to a friend, without a lot of baggage. And the trailer can take space. So, our little one just weights enough now to sit on one of those handy bike seats. But then you also need a helmet of course! I found a very pretty brand, I might need a “city” helmet as well… Here is what I found and might get for this season! Enjoy!
