Another highlight in Iceland are the Westfjords. I’ve also been there before, if you wanna watch a little video about my 4-days trip, click <<here>>! The Westfjords are the part of Iceland, where not that many tourists are – yet. A lot of the people traveling around Iceland are leaving the Westfjords behind, because you need some time to drive them. 😉 We had time and it was one of the best parts! So many hot springs – all to our own and a really cool waterfall, I haven’t been before. It’s called the “nameless waterfall”, super small hike but worth it! And yeah – the hot tubs in the westfjords are the best! I think we went to 5, but in the photos are only two. 😉 Continue reading “Around Iceland – Westfjords”
Around Iceland – Snaefellsnes Peninsula
I’ve been to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula before – but didn’t remember how amazing it is. So if now someone asks me what to do in Iceland, when you have not that much time, I always say – go to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula! There is so much! A glacier, hot springs, cliffs, caves… You can spent one day or a week! Either way, it won’t get boring! Continue reading “Around Iceland – Snaefellsnes Peninsula”
Baby Care Favorites
I think, it’s a good thing to have a little ritual, before brining your little one to bed. For us – the baby care part is the best one… taking a bath, washing the hair and getting rubbed try. Also brushing the hair and teeth and sometimes a little bit of cream on the nose! 😉 So here are some nice baby care products, some of them we do use, some of them I just found in the world wide webby land and think they are very pretty as well… 😉 Hope you like! Oh and on-the-go we use mostly some water wipes! Continue reading “Baby Care Favorites”
A family trip around Iceland
Oh Iceland… you are so beautiful – even with 3 weeks of bad weather! 😉 This is the video of our trip around Iceland. We came with our own car from Germany, drove to Denmark and took the ferry to Iceland. But see for yourself, it was amazing – as always!
Birds of Nature – Fall/Winter 2018
Oh these tiny booties! Birds of Nature makes amazing shoes and boots for children. I wish they would do some for adults as well! 😉 I’m pretty sure our little one will walk soon and I can’t wait to explore the forest with her this fall! Hopefully with super comfy and warm shoes – for both!
