A couple of weeks ago we went bouldering in Switzerland – in the beautiful Calanca Valley. We’ve never been in this part before, but it was so nice. Magical forest, perfect (legal, 5 Euro) camping spot next to the river and friends! We also took the chance to inaugurate our new camper van! Super nice! We slept good and also all of us 4 adults had dinner in our van. The bouldering was great as well… 😉 Thanks Clemens & Anna for the photos! Continue reading “Bouldering Calanca Valley”

Finale Ligure in December
A few days before New Years Eve, we decided to go on a short trip to Italy. To Finale Ligure for some climbing and lots of pizza. The First night we slept in our van – it wasn’t that cold, but for the other days we rented a little apartment through airBnB. Nothing special, but super clean and a bathtub. 😉 So here are a few images form this short trip, I hope you enjoy! Continue reading “Finale Ligure in December”
Baby’s first trip – Fontainebleau
Fontainebleau – we have been there before. But this was a few years ago, only the two of us. Now we went there for our baby’s first trip. Fontainebleau is perfect with kids! So much space to run around and play hide & seek. Or in our case, if you have a good stroller you can go with it nearly everywhere. So your baby is save and sound, when you’re busy climbing up those boulders. We had a really nice time, rented a “Gîtes de France” in the middle of nowhere and Continue reading “Baby’s first trip – Fontainebleau”
Valle Maggia – Ticino, Switzerland
A weekend in Ticino, is a weekend well spent! Super refreshing, with all the rivers, valleys, gorges and hiking, climbing, camping. It’s only a 3h drive, from where we live and an awesome change of scenery, after a week full of work. We went climbing in several spots, all in the beautiful Valle Maggia and discovered waterfalls and gorges! Nothing more to say… Continue reading “Valle Maggia – Ticino, Switzerland”
Wild Camping & Climbing – Klausenpass in Switzerland
I told you already that we went to Switzerland for some climbing last weekend. But here are some more images from our trip. Seriously – this place is so amazing and wild camping is so easy, if you follow the rules. Don’t leave trash and if someones around, just ask, if it’s ok to camp here. And the people around the Klausenpass are normally very welcome to wild campers/climbers. 😉 At least, that’s how we felt. I even had the chance to peek into this little cheese hut, where the farmer was looking after his cheese. Oh cheeeeese…. Continue reading “Wild Camping & Climbing – Klausenpass in Switzerland”
